With academic roots in Business and Religion, and hands-on training in self-defense and fitness, I’ve come to value discipline, resilience, and self-awareness. 

Over the years,  I’ve developed a practical, intuitive approach to well-being based on four pillars: breathing, eating, sleeping, and movement—foundations for both recovery and vitality.
